TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT

1. Introduction

Welcome to the official website (“Site”) of IAM Solutions LLC (“IAM Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Security

While we implement measures to protect the security of the Site, please be aware that no data transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, where applicable, and for all activities that occur under your account. IAM Solutions shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in this Agreement or on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Marks without the express written permission of IAM Solutions or the applicable trademark owner.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any other policies or disclaimers posted on our Site (including but not limited to our Privacy Policy), constitutes the entire agreement between you and IAM Solutions regarding your use of the Site and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

12. General

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may freely assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement.
Headings: The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Refund Policy

1. Cyber Training Services

No Refunds: Once payment has been made for a cyber training session, all sales are final. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for cyber training services under normal circumstances.
Emergency Rescheduling Credit:
- If a participant experiences a verified emergency (medical, family, or other critical situations beyond their control) and is unable to attend the scheduled training, IAM SOLUTIONS will issue a credit in the amount of the original training fee.
- This credit can be applied toward future training sessions or services provided by IAM SOLUTIONS.
- Participants are required to notify us of the emergency as soon as possible, ideally in writing (via email or an online ticketing system), and provide supporting documentation if requested.

Use of Credit:
- Credits issued due to an emergency must be used within 3 months from the date of issuance.
- After the credit’s expiration date, any unused credit will no longer be valid, and no refund will be issued.

2. Digital Products

Defective Product Replacement:
- We stand behind the quality of our digital products. In the event that you receive a defective or corrupted digital file, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- To request a replacement, please contact our support team within 5 business days of purchase with proof of defect (screenshots, error messages, etc.).

Credit for Unreplaceable Products:
- If, for any reason, IAM SOLUTIONS is unable to provide a replacement for the defective digital product, we will issue a credit to be applied toward future product purchases or services.
- This credit must be used within 1 year of issuance. No cash or credit card refunds will be provided.

3. General Conditions

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Credit Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised policy on our website or otherwise making it available to you.
